sayianbone, i think it’s a little more complicated than that dude, no doubt that diet affects it, and a good diet can help stave it off, but it’s fundimentally an illness. I have suffered on and off my entire life and i’m a thin, active, healthy man who eats well and exercises 5-6 days a week... Sometimes it comes on and there’s just nothing you can do. I find it’s the people berrate themselves for not being ‘better’ or ‘normal’ that prolong their sufferring. The White Rhino seems like he’s come to terms with his issues and made peace with them. It’s great to see. That’s what we all need to do, and when it gets too much, find somewhere safe, wait it out, and then get back on the horse.

im not sure people realise how little boxers are tested. testing is a relatively new thing. just 5 years ago even the biggest fights werent tested except fight night (which is useless). when mayweather was making such a huge fuss of drug testing 5 or so years ago, there was literally no testing... he wanted pacquiao to do drug testing and manny was refusing... all throughout mannys prime there was NO drug testing.... then he started getting tested and he turned to shit instantly, people put it down to age... all the top elite guys were on something and drug testing still doesnt exist outside the very top fights... and even then the tests are still very easy to pass
