This film really was not a sequel whatsoever, I watched this film at the cinema and it relates nothing back to the first film apart from one little bit, but the cliff hanger were we saw the invisible boy made me existed to see what would happen next, but turned out to be disappointing imo, like unless it’s based like 10 years after (which it never stated clearly if it was or not) then this film on the whole makes no sense and more of a complete different universe.
