This is one of the reasons why I quit getting my ipsy and boxy charm by ipsy box. Every time I turned around there was something wrong with my box. I have actually had stuff missing. They don't package it properly. Stuff has come damaged! The eyecream box, The treadmill box look fantastic, cult beauty, and others come so nicely packaged and the price point is phenomenal! It's very upsetting to see these boxes come. So beat up and busted. I no longer ordered my ipsy. I've been noticing that there's stuff that coming in boxes that are random. I don't know if they're trying to keep up with the price point or what, but it is very disappointing to see items just thrown in the box. Now in your box you find a hair. Unreal! Well you have a fabulous rest of your week. Love you so much girl! Thank you for everything❤

I am the opposite. I want more skin care less makeup. I do like a nice palette now and then but I can only use so many highlighters. I seriously get a highlighter in every box. I love Allure box. Last month it had a Charlotte Tilbury bronzer but also some amazing skin care. I will probably cancel Boxycharm.

Everyone was unhappy this month! I only liked my beauty boost (which is extra) and 1 item from my box.. they use all of the good brands and products for the add ons and for the icon boxes. For raising the cost constantly this month was lazy with a ton of repeats! I got the Lunar Beauty liners months ago. Ur feelings are valid!!!!!

I totally agree! I was very disappointed with the choices this month. Its nothing but skin care anymore. I liked it more before they changed to boxycharm. Ipsy had started offering other things like perfume and jewelry. I got this beautiful necklace right before they switched to boxycharm. Then everything went downhill but the price went up!

I cancelled my subscription…. Last year when they sent out the email informing people of the price increased. They stated it was due to “better and more high end brands” will be in the box.. well that was a lie. The products and options are so disappointing and not closed at all fulfilling their statement about better products.

JLo Beauty line is probably on the verge of being dropped and they are just trying to get rid of inventory however they can🤪so we are getting stuck with it in our boxes. I got the face wash a couple of boxes ago and I don’t like it, but I stuck in the shower to use occasionally.

Boxy Charm up here in Canada is a WHOLE lot more than $34! It comes out to almost $60 with tax and shipping. I didn't get the J Lo Serum, but the card was in the box. So I contacted Ipsy and they are sending me one. I spend a small fortune on the Ad Ons, I have to stop. I have so much skincare it's stupid. lol.

I use that polishing facial exfoliant literally everywhere😂🎉 I like to follow up with a vitamin C serum and then coconut velour body melt. I live in Southern Arizona so DRY

Hello Gorgeous! I feel exactly the same way! So so so much makeup in the add-ons, but when it came to making choices, it was a true bust! I wish they would mix up the products a bit differently in each choice section. In my first choice, they have all the well known products that I want in one spot! 2nd and 3rd choices are fill in the blank with whatever products I have never heard of. Ice Cream Beauty and the other box you mentioned are killing it lately! One had a Charlotte Tilbury bronzer in it for crying out loud!!! Isn't IPSY supposed to be the subscription box that's #1?!?!? I've seriously considered canceling or downsizing to the bag just for the sales. 🤷‍♀️. June was bearly a so so month. I knew it would. Especially after an Icon Box. I cancelled my subscription because I wasn’t getting the options I’ve seen people get. I didn’t even get options to shop that others were able to shop either. They kept raising prices, taxes etc. and I was getting frustrated. I made my profile to be makeup heavy with the least amount of skincare, polish, lips etc. I’ve only received one Lunar pallet, a mini smashed Natasha Deona pallet that they wouldn’t reply, one large Natasha Deona pallet, lots of Mac lipsticks but nothing majorly cool. I had my subscription for 3 years and decided for me the value just wasn’t there.

My highlighter arrived broken. I messaged them and told them we need more than just a piece of paper when there is palletes. My Ace Beaute pallete was not broken, thank goodness. I got the JLo serum in my Glam Bag. I've complained SO MUCH about them stopping "BONUS" items in my items. I get trash, gum wrappers, hair, etc. People are just disgusting especially since these are BEAUTY items.
