The one thing i hate about anime like these is 1. Theyre never popular enough to get a second season which leads to 2. Setting up SO many fucking plotlines that a single season has no chance of resolving. And finally 3. When suits talk the mangaka to sell them the story when there is only like 20 chapters which ties into number 2. Vermail in gold and claymore being two great examples of this but claymore went for an anime only ending which wasnt great and left SO much unresolved.
