We do the ring test in Ireland too but we use a strand of hair from the mother and the wedding ring of the father over the bump. It worked for all my siblings except the youngest. Baby was camera shy so we had to wait until the birth to find out but everyone was so sure it was a boy (had a name ready and everything) so it was a big surprise when she arrived. My vote is baby girl 🩷
