Cody is Autistic and is a big Jamey Johnson fan. Cody attended the Jamey Johnson concert in Hiawasee Ga on Nov 4th 2017. Jamey Johnson invited Cody on stage to sing his favorite song with him!

I was introduced to Jamey Johnson by following other country artists on KZbin. Can't go one day without listening to at least four or five of his songs. I'm so glad I came across this real deal of a country music star. I'd almost given up on real country music. There's always a steel guitar in his music. I don't think there's one song that I dislike that Ive ever heard him play. He's his own man and good at it.

It's not about record company's or Billboard chart ratings, or whose ass needs to be kissed next in the Nashville political scene to advance your carreer... its about a song that moved a child's soul and helped to inspire and encourage him to sing... and a singer songwriter, in touch enough with his fans to extend an invitation, take the time, and provide a dream come true to "One" boy who found hope and courage in his song. Then selflessly giving the boy his stage, upon which that boy could find his voice, and for a moment, it was all about that boy and he was the star, and Jamey was playing in his band... Well done brother... I know your heart was smiling. I love this story.

Knowing Jamey this doesn’t surprise me. He’s a great guy with a huge heart, not a bad singer either, lol. I’ve been blessed myself for having to get to know him personally. ~ A Dream come true. I am so Happy for you!! I smiled the entire time I watched this. I love Jamey Johnson too! I had a ticket to see him about 6 months ago in Charleston SC. I live more than an hour away and there was a terrible electric storm, with flooding rain. Too dangerous to drive, so I missed him. Hurts my heart. So awesome..my grandson has autism. He got bullied in school, and thank God there is a school about 30 minutes away that only has children that have autism..their classroom has only 10 students, so the teacher can be.more hands on with the smaller group..

People with Autism are true angels. Music reaches in and cracks the code of Autism, my nephew is Autistic, and he taught himself how to play several instruments. My son is 18 and he plays guitar with Jamey during the Summers and when he has a break is classes for college. He has been volunteering here www.children.mps-al.org/home since he was 7 years old. He found out how music reaches through Autism and breaks the code first hand at 13 years old, while playing for an Autistic non-communicating blind child, who had never reacted to anyone or anything before.

yeah Jamey a natural Great country voice or anything he choses. stands by his principles .does things his way. remind you of the other greatist in the past REAL country music artist. hes paid a price for his stand otherwise he would be all over the Cooperate controled radio stations. they play what they want you to hear its a collusion based on profit. no longer do DJs or station programing dicate the playlist they play what there told.
