The talented 10percent kannadigas got imported into America the remaining kannadigas don't have intelligence like tamils,hardwork like north indians,and entrepreneurship like telegus,that's what I feel,see 40percent kannadigas in bangalore,only 10percent kannadigas in good position in software companies and doctors,rest are working under other people,malyalees in chartered accountant,telegus in realestate,many builders are sindhis like raheja,jewelers are konkani,retailers are gujrati,it bt is dominated by uttarpradesh people,labourers ips ias are biharis,factory skilled workers are tamils.
