If it's on your property, you should turn that little forest area in a garden!! Hire a gardener to help with the initial bush trimming, bramble clearing, etc., then level a little of land and plant some fresh vegetables. You could also turn it into a little foresty garden patio by planting flowers and rose bushes. The upkeep shouldn't be too much for two people, I think it would be neat especially with how outdoorsy Ryland seems.
