No, she's not a Muslim. She has ADHD, she went in there to calm down. ADHD is where you get paranoid, nervous, hyper, aggressive etc. Your emotions sometimes get the better of you, and your behaviour becomes out of control. It's worse sometimes when your in a crowded place, because that is the paranoia. So I assume, she goes in that room, to calm down, because it's nice and quiet, and the music she's listening to, is quite soothing. Relaxes her. The previous series, she had a meltdown in the classroom. I could be wrong, but that is just my guess.

The room that’s she’s in is a prayer room for Islamic students. One time when she was overwhelmed she burst in there because she didn’t know where else to go and someone was praying. She sat there and listening to him saying his Islamic prayers was really calming for her. So in this clip that’s where she went and she listened to prayers through her headphones. After this she got her own sensory room
