bronzing is adding warmth to the face, example, if your foundation is light you bronze it up to darken it. contour commonly has a cooler or "grey" hue to it because you are casting a shadow to emphasize a part of the face, so you can make your face look skinnier, etc. (i work at sephora)

i could have sworn she said hoola...and then they showed the cheekleader palette with the darkest hoola shade missing, so i assumed thats what they were referring to, but i was kind of confused because i own both the mini and the regular pans of the hoola benefit bronzer and havent ever experienced breakage
