This hits home. I always listen to this audio of yours when I need comfort. I never had someone who would talk to me like that. It would've fixed so many nightmares of mine which keeps happening and waking me up,leaving a helpless feeling inside of me. I've been struggling with social anxiety since I was 14 and now I'm 20. I still remember how confused and scared I felt when I got my first anxiety/panic attack and I didn't know why my mind or body were feeling so strange. I felt broken, like I'm stuck inside a cage and I can't seem to open it up. I still feel so miserable comparing myself to other people my age and feeling worthless because it's not easy for me to go out there and do everything without getting overwhelmed, fighting my mind constantly and even freeze. I feel less capable of achieving whatever and it hurts so bad. I'm doubting myself all the time and forgetting that I've done so many great things. It didn't help how my high school teachers treated me either. I spilled my guts out and tried to describe how I feel as the best I could but I was met with them ignoring me,making fun of me,constantly putting pressure and even laughing at me. They ruined my grades completely. In their eyes I was lying and I guess I was an easy target since I was very quiet kid, always treated everyone nicely and held all of my pain, anger and confusion locked in me. A lot of years passed by, yet I'm still here remembering every single word they said. Nightmare after nightmare every other day and it's exhausting. My friends were horrible too but I never expected my teachers would be my biggest bullies and ruining my chance for applying to better uni. So you saying people shouldn't talk like that to other people and it wouldn't have killed the cashier if he showed a little bit of kindness, made me feel heard. Especially mentioning how you don't mind if we get overwhelmed or flustered. My soul aches to find someone who will feel the same way about me. I'm sorry for my long ass comment K,just know that even if it's a simple audio,it does help... A lot 🤍 Thank you for being a kind stranger. I hope I'll have the balls to start therapy soon.

As someone who legitimately has ADD, this one is personal to me. The things you mentioned were really accurate, only being able to focus on one thing at a time, forgetting things, having trouble making decisions, etc,. It helps to have little reminders here and there. I actually lost my reading glasses about a week ago and can’t find where I put them🥲 A lot of the time I just forget to wear them, but I have them with me😅 Having someone around to help you work on one thing at once until it’s completed and THEN tell you what’s next is super helpful! Thanks, K.❤️

I don’t have ADD/ADHD but I work a Retail job and can relate to the coming home crying because of some jerk reaction. I have a disorder with my hair and wear a wig when I’m out in public, so customers occasionally make insensitive comments regarding my wearing a wig. When it happens I tend to get upset and sometimes come home crying. It’s nice to think that maybe one day someone will be protective over me like this.

What I loved about this audio is that the affirmations/compliments weren't focused on her outer appearance. He focused on her inner being and who she is as a person. And how he loved all of her quirks that make her who she is. Whereas a lot of men tend to only compliment what women can do with their outer being... But anyways, The love in this one was more raw like it was unscripted. It honestly felt the most real. In my opinion. Great work K! Beautifully written and spoken! One of my top favorite audios!
