Vero... Yes, same thing with me. I was never clinically depressed... but I sure did have my " down " times. One day... about a year or two ago... I went onto KZbin and brought up old film of George... and of Culture Club, of course. It did not take me long to realize that whenever I saw George... I was happy!!! Whether it was 40 years ago... or today, in 2022. George has ALWAYS had a positive effect on me. Thank you for your comment.

what I find extraordinarily good, is that, back then at the heyday of CC he was sobber, total clean, no sign of drugs taking drugs or abusing any other substance. Unfortunately this happened later, but even then, he has had long periods of not taking any drugs, and then you see what a witty and good spirit he has

What is often not written is that Boy George was/is decent. It's apparent in all of his interviews. His music was so great , but also simply clean. He is intelligent, genuine, talented, and really an advocate for kindness. I think he could have whipped some serious ass but simply chose not to...good at taking the high road.
