The choreo for Butterfly has been touted as one of the best choreographies in kpop. There's so much more to it that you don't see in teh MV. Loona is a group with 12 members in which all of them have separate solo songs and mv. However if reacting to 12 mv's is too much then you can try their other mv's if you want to learn more about their sound. FavOrite and Hi High and So What. But you may notice that almost all of their releases are different from one another. LOONA's concept is based on diversity. If you want to understand their concept more, try the Avengers of Kpop: A story of LOONA. It discusses their theme, how they started and what is their appeal and what makes them unique to other groups. However, If you want to just learn the members and their personalities + skills, then there is an "unhelpful guide to loona 2020" or I think there a loona personality guide part 1 and 2. Reacting to Loona is quite a journey, so worth it! 12 solo songs, several subunit songs, OT12, b-sides, dance covers... all so great! Oh and Loona TV and the webdrama, so much content. Loona was the first kpop group I got into so I didn't realize fans were really spoiled. All those MV's are also of a high production value, digipedi isn't cheap for a reason. And flying all over the world, like France and so many other places? What I like most is the mysterious story, the details that make up the Loonaverse, that is told through the solo's. Not much noticable in the first few solo's but these are referenced later. In the subunit song Girl Front the story really kicks off, so many easter egg like hints. It all comes together in Hi High. So I would recommend watch in order.

If you like rnb listen to LOONA/ODD EYE CIRCLE - STARLIGHT LOONA/ODD EYE CIRCLE - CHAOTIC LOONA/ODD EYE CIRCLE - UNCOVER LOONA/YVES - D-1 These are jst some of the songs off the top of my head, im sure there's more rnb tracks. Odd eye circle is a sub unit btw, and yves is a member. They all have solo songs and a solo b-side. 3 sub units. I wont overwhelm you with details cos i know how orbits are like when a new fan reacts to them 😂 (edit) all of these that i listed doesnt have MVs but as an RV stan I can confidently say that most if not all of loona's b-side tracks are on par with RV's b-sides.

I love LOONA. They're music is alot on genres but at the same time it somehow sounds like their own sound no matter what. My favorite music is RnB , hip hop & jazz. Loona's discography is very diverse. They have many different style of songs infact each solo song and each subunit song is a different genre from each other and somehow they're all BOPS. I think you'll really enjoy their bsides! Especially the ODD EYE CIRCLES subunit "Max & Match" album and their full group "XX" and album.

Thanks for watching LOONA and liking them! Loona is an amazing and super unique group! Each of the 12 members has a solo song, since they were debuted one by one before the full group debut. It was a 2 year project (with 3 subunits during that time as well!) and each of the songs is different in genre and sound, so there's something for everybody to like! I feel like most western kpop fans, especially people who usually enjoy boygroups or more bad-ass concepts instead of cute ones, like the songs from the odd-eye-circle members the most (eclipse, singing in the rain, love cherry motion, girl front and my personal favorite sweet crazy love). Since you said you like neosoul I think you'll enjoy Eclipse and Sweet Crazy Love for sure. The girls from the first subunit loona 1/3 have a cuter, slightly retro concept. And the girls from yyxy are harder to pin down.. If you want to know more about the group, please consider watching "the avengers of kpop: a story of loona". This is the best video out there to learn what the group is all about. Other then that I'd recommend watching the MV's in release order (their official youtube has a playlist). It's kinda weird for Orbits to see people reacting to them out of order because the order is important to the loona story. Besides, being introduced to the girls one by one is part of their brand and of the fan experience. Apart from the amazing songs, the videography is really integral to loona as well. Almost all the MV's are made by the same company (digipedi) and all the videos and other content that they put out are part of the loonaverse lore. It's similar to the BTS universe where the members represent characters in a larger than life story and there are crazy theories and analyses for all the videos. (please know though, that this part of loona is really hard to get into because all the references are super subtle, not obvious at all and require lots of knowledge about symbolism. At least in my experience most people who try to just watch the videos and figure things out themselves are just confused and I'm not smart enough either so ^-^'..) It's really mindblowing and amazing to dive into. However you can perfectly watch the MV's without any knowledge of the lore and enjoy them just as well. Loona also is one of the best dancing girl groups out there. They got some fame for their covers of boygroup dances, which they're super good at (bts fire, nct 127 cherry bomb, got7 eclipse and part of seventeen thanks for instance) and a few of the members did an awesome cover of sunmi full moon. Not every orbit likes when loona is compared to BTS but I do want to say that loona also puts out a lot of content and their loonatv episodes on their official youtube, remind me of bangtan bombs, as they are short behind the scenes clips that showcase the members' personalities. And they're all huge dorks so the memes are great. Please consider watching more loona videos (and definitely the avengers of kpop video)! They're so amazing and it's a really rewarding experience and fun journey to get into them. And orbits love to watch it because it's like reliving that predebut time all over again! ^^ PS: Another unique thing about LOONA is that they don't have official positions like leader, main vocal, etc. because they can all sing, rap and dance. Haseul is kind of the unofficial leader though, and Kim Lip takes that role as well, especially now that Haseul is on hiatus for mental health issues.

I definitely recommend So What and Heart Attack! I feel like So What is your kind of vibe, it's got a lot of sick melodies in it and the beat is so good! Heart Attack isn't exactly by Loona, it's by the member Chuu and it's more of a girly concept, which I don't think you'd dig as much but it's a personal favourite so I'm a bit biased hehe. Still a bop though and definitely think you should check them out!

In addition to what my fellow orbits have suggested: Since you're a boy group stan, I think their dance covers would help ease you in a bit. A fan favorite is Cherry Bomb, which SM's Lee Sooman saw and made him invest in LOONA. Their discography are AMAZING, their rnb tracks are great, I recommend Curiosity (OT12), Twilight (Kim Lip), and Frozen (YYXY). If you decide to continue, don't worry about ANYTHING. Orbits will write paragraphs guiding you in each step. Good luck!
