I'm exceptionally impressed with how quickly and consistently you produce high quality projects. I know the video condenses a lot of work down, but a diorama a week is still an impressive pace!

I love that you can just freehand the arch. No way I could get it that even.
@MrGibbsUK3 жыл бұрын
I mean it doesn't need to be exactly even, especially when you start adding wear and tear, little niggles here and there just blend in naturally.

Could you do the Obi Wan Vs Anakin scene on mustafar, could maybe use some kind of opaque ish resin and an orange LED strip underneath for the lava and in a dark room that would look insane. Keep up the insane work!

Absolutely fantastic! You captured the scene perfectly. But more importantly you sold me on the hot wire table. I've been on the fence for months now and I spend way too much time cutting thin pieces of foam with a knife. I'm going to use your link and order it today. Great build!

The first time we saw Stormtroopers actually do anything since A New Hope
@spaghetti3583 жыл бұрын
Stormtrooper are “elite soldiers” with inhuman aim but I wish the movie makers would stop abusing plot armor. Maybe in a rebel focused movie, like a gritty war movie, the stormtroopers would be intimidating like they’re supposed to, and the actual imperial infantry be the ones who miss and be grunts.
@chasemiles21663 жыл бұрын
Exactly, I hate that every time we see Stormtroopers in The Mandalorian, you know what’s going to happen. They all get killed so easily. Most people find this entertaining somehow? Rogue One and A New Hope did it the right way.

One thing I do to help with removing supports is removing most of them before curing them using a glove to hold the model(s) leaving only a few necessary supports to keep it upright for painting. Like the ones under the feet and bum. It lessens the chance of any of artifacts and they want to just pop of when you cut them:) then go ahead and cure it. Good luck!

I'm not a poop butt...but I do think outside the box. I watch the Night Shift channel to see his surfacing techniques on tanks, but it mostly leftovers for me after I built the Masterpiece Models 31" Disney Nautilus. i think I watched 8000 youtubes just on verdigri alone...and I was blessed to find the charming Steady Craftin' channel. I greatly admire your skills. But I'm starting to see model building for me as social commentary. I could not build some tank scene or even a model alone without thinking of the dead in Ukraine. Now today, I see a story on a nightclub shooting in Sacramento last night with 6 dead, nine wounded. My commentary would be to do a diorama on that. The whole mess..people running...the insanity, and the arrogance.
