Bowdin is the hardest course of NXN. Total elevation change, roots, turf change make it hard.

Congrats to Nolan McGinn on his big win. Made it look easy. So relaxed. If he wants some tougher competition, tell him to come across the border sometime and face off against the OFSAA XC Champion Ian McAllister of London Central SS here in Ontario, Canada.
