I remember reading this manga whose title I dont remember. The plot went like: The FL was made fun of her body because she was fat. But one day her favourite character in a game/manga/anime dies and since then she shut herself inside her room for almost a week and even refused to eat or drink. Then next time she comes out of her room, she's all thin and pretty looking and guys start noticing her. And like there were 4 or 5 guys who was behind her but then rather than falling for them she was more into shipping them together. Im not exactly sure if the plot goes as I have explained but yeah I remembered that when I saw this edit. I still haven't watched the series tho.
