I guess you could quibble about the definition of "producing eggs". They are incomplete until they actually mature and get released, so from a certain point of view, you only produce as many eggs as you actually release, so the answer to those two questions could be the same.

Actually, from birth to death, most women produce very few eggs. We can make some new ones after birth, but the vast majority of the 2M are created prior to birth, in our mother's uterus during our gestation. The exception are those of us who are preemies delivered before 35 weeks gestation. You meant to say "from conception to death."
