Song was released in 1980 - same year video was made. However, I can tell this was recorded from the TV some time after 1980. Possibly, 81, 82, 83. That particular Sounds logo was used after 1980.

Substance abuse at the time unfortunately. Brent later joined an equally good original band Change Alley.
