Gotta admit, I totally forgot about this song 'til it randomly played on my playlist. My almost 8 years relationship ended a year ago. Love is a gamble. You never know what's gonna happen. Breaking up with someone is hard, but that doesn't necessarily mean you wasted your time with that person just because things didn't work out. The hard part of everything is gambling your heart away... Never knowing if it's a win or a loss. It's ok to feel down in the beginning. But after a while, you gotta know your worth, your value and tell yourself when enough is enough. From my last relationship, I learned that no matter how hard you love someone, want better and change for them, give your all and more... if that person doesn't change for you or put up on their end then don't continue putting yourself through it. It's not worth it. Trust me. It just means you deserve better from someone better. It's been awhile now since my break up and the pain still hurts like it had just happened yesterday.
