In your settings, if you render with CUDA, It renders faster, it uses the graphics card to help render and normally for me atleast, it's 3x longer to render than the actual length of the video

Alright man, so before anything you should take your preworkout mid drive. so when you get there you get at least a 10-15 minute stretch in and then it kicks in. and yes a good stretch will help you get your results faster. even if you don't work on that body part you still stretch it and continue with your workout. Proper sleep, proper nutrition, and a set schedule is a must man. There's more to it but here's what helps the most
