Someone being a narcissist is just as common as someone having depression. Some of your Karen's, ppl with main character syndrome, and your extremely selfish zero empathy don't care about others type of ppl. Most ppl only know and think of the extreme types (like Trump, and DV abusers), but just like depression there are different levels to it. As someone here already mentioned, a lot can change over 7 years. Also, when analysing or going into relationships I always like to make a distinction between things that are just hobbies or interests vs things that are core values. With core values I refer to things someone can be really passionate about that shapes their world view. For example, if someone is really into music and that is one of their core values; I can definitely understand why such a person wouldn't want to stay in a relationship with someone who doesn't like music or why they wouldn't compromise on the time they spent creating said music. To us outsiders, it may be silly to end your relationship for that reason, but for that person in that dynamic it's not a silly reason at all. Also, about her trying to still be friends... I don't see the issue with that? I can understand its a bit of a "you can't have your cake and eat it too" which is unfortunate. However, I'm sure many of us have lost people in our lives because things went sour, but wished you could still be friends with them. It's not rare. Especially looking at this situation where they've been best friends for years and also have 4 kids together. I'd also understand why she'd want things to end on a good note or at least still be somewhat friendly.

Man I'm not that strong lol...I've been through what this man's been through and I can say that it hurts so bad, especially when they don't tell you until months later and they're totally fine but you arent and they get upset because you're heart broken and confused to what's going on. This is why people need to communicate their feelings and emotions. When things seem like they're going down hill, talk to that person about it. I tell my Bf EVERYTHING. I literally have no secrets with him. If I feel funny at all in our relationship with his side or mine, he hears about it... in a nice way of course. And don't come out thinking that they're doing something wrong, it could be as simple as them just having a rough time at work or with their family. Maybe you aren't being as supportive as you should be and paying attention to detail. Or maybe something is going on and that person is starting to pull away, you need to be there and show support. You can't control if they'll tell you right away unfortunately, but you can show that you love them by being supportive of their current problem (even if you don't know what's wrong). Also another thing, I got really upset when I found out my bf wanted to break up (even tho I felt it coming months before it did) and I yelled at him saying it was his fault and that if he just talked to me about it that we could have figured this out sooner instead of leaving me hanging for months on end. But truth be told, it wasn't his fault that our relationship was falling apart, but it was his fault that I wasn't prepared for the (break up) especially since it was when he was gone and over the phone. My point is, we both played part in our relationships demise. Neither one of us was good for each other. Now I'm with someone who is patient with me and for the most part understanding of how I feel. We don't argue and I've only felt like strangling him 3 or 4 times in the 6 years we've been together. Not for real strangle tho guys 😑. But we are happy ☺️😊. Find someone who is at least 70% of what you're looking for, it's about impossible to find that 100%. We got lucky that we both are close enough to what we want in a relationship.

I only ever went to two of my friends houses and that's only because one lived literally right across the street from me and the other if you walk down the road that's to the right of our house you can quickly get to that persons house (which fun little fact was actually my dads childhood house that my grandparents on his side of the family were renting out to said friend), my parents (mainly my mom) were so protective of me that they wouldn't let me go to any of my other friend's houses which annoyed the crap out of me as a kid cause I had so much pent up energy that I wanted to get out by going to my friends house and just having fun. If the person that receives the ring breaks the terms, they forfeit the ring back to the ring giver.

That child through that partnership was the only opportunity for that child’s existence. So the child wasn’t the bullet, the child was the purpose of the experience to begin with. But that’s just my perspective. I believe Parker‘s mother considered her children to be “bullets” to harm their father also. Interesting.

These behavior traits do not limit themselves only to The adult partner, they are especially exhibited with those who are weaker and more vulnerable, such as children. That’s human psychology. “Custody” doesn’t have to be a battle, but it’s certainly a necessity. Just because she’s the mom doesn’t mean she’s the best home for raising the children. Custody discussions, arrangements, and agreements are a given when parents split up, it has nothing to do with vengeance or harm. It’s the legal standard.

Low key scared that if he publicly admits some time in the future that she's kinda a jerk, at least in how she handled this situation, not even saying anything that bad about her just him being honest about it, that she will start accusing him of manipulation or something like that because she knows as humans we tend to want to make women feel safe and are more likely to side with her. Idk just in my past experiences with women that do whatever they want without consideration for how it affects the people around them, they tend to want to do anything in their power to control the conversation about them, especially if the ex tries to say that they were hurt by them in any way. Go look at nickisnotgreen’s video (who didn’t like her behavior) and check out the comments. They already took the bait on everything she said against him here; the narrative there is “he’s abusive” and therefore I guess deserves everything? I was sort of baffled by it and just decided to not engage with it. I’m used to seeing men on the internet who always take the guy’s side no matter how wrong it was what he did, but this was the first time I’d really seen the inverse. I think it’s one of those things where a creator builds up an audience around something sort of singleminded and then the audience wants to punish them when they have a more nuanced opinion.
