I totally agree with her what she says about Africa. I a Black American born and raised and last year was my first travel out the US. I went to Ghana and omg it is so beautiful and peaceful. Forget all the negative things you heard about Africa and to there and see for yourself. But go there and maybe do your research or some KZbin video before going there, but believe it worth it. Also this beautiful lovely Black queen she did so many things and wish all the best and Congrats

These two guys have got to be the best two interviewers out here, along with Oprah. I don't even know who this guest is and I watched the whole thing and very interested in her work now. It blows me away how casual and Yet very effective they both are. Being a good interviewer is hard.🙏🏾🖤💯

Not just because of her accolades, but because of her determination throughout the tough moments in her life, can’t wait to follow this woman more and more, and I hope her story inspires those who are watching, cause it definitely inspired me. The thing about losing a significant other is that's the one loss you're expected to and you need to "replace" at some point.... all loss hurt yet if you lose a parent sibling friend child etc people understand there's only one so no one expects you to get a new parent or shop for a new best friend or birth a replacement kid...lose a significant other; well after you grieve you're expected to "move on" and "Start a new life".....its the weirdest grief ever because while you know you can't replace that person you are expected to integrate someone else into the role of your significant other. As if it was your idea to even need a new significant other anyway. And God knows if you don't do it right or move on in a timely fashion everyone will let you know that you need to let go and move on and tell you its not healthy etc .....you are really expected to just nominate someone else for the role eventually 🙄 🤔 😕 so for me I had to handle it like a bad abrupt Break-Up. In my mind she left me and went on with her life and I referred to her as my ex.... it was easier to go through The Break-Up grief rather than real grief. I was Like oh well she went on to something or someone else....ok next...I sold it so well people really thought we just broke up....I went out and piled on bodies and made more Heaux Tales than Jazmine Sullivan BUT eventually I had to deal with reality.... "She gone Kyle! She gone!" And I've been single ever since. I had what I wanted. I had what works for me. I've auditioned others for years with an open mind, not trying to get another her, but just trying to feel something for the person in front of me. It's THE FEELING that I can't recover. I have yet to find a new star that really make me feel something. Oh Well. Life happens. Someone has no feet. But I do. So I walk on ......
