I've been around steelband for almost sixty years and have never herd this music sound so good. Thanks Mr. Stewart, players and management of Renegades Steel Orchestra. And yes to the person who asked, it is a maple leaf.

Love the calypso. hookin meh. But ,played by these “fellows” it’s pure boss pan music. Can’t beat steel in any for or fashion. Wonderful music to my ears. Enjoying every minute of it. .

This tempo makes the inner parts more audible.

no one and i mean not a fucking band would beat this band come 2020, trust me, this band has found a gem, Duvone music is unreal, this is the new bradley but with more zess to his music, so come 2020 bands will be fighting for second place not first, that has gone back to 138, history the first steel band to win a hatrick twice, only a fool would bet against that

To slow! Move ah little faster! Nice sound but playing it to slow!😁😁
@marcusgranger75464 жыл бұрын
Gracelyn Jack they were intentionally playing slow, its a practicing strategy
@zedmak3 жыл бұрын
That’s why it’s called the slow version as in the practice version. Music is about timing as well so they practice like this, it’s actually pretty fast for a practice, that speaks to the skill level of the players. And this recording does not do it justice, the sound is even more beautiful in person.
