BP73 TWL Lazy female driver

Not only did she block the drive way in front of the shop for over 5 minutes there was a space to her right that she could have parked in. Looking at her driving when she turned right at 01:01when she cut that corner i now know why she did not park in that spot its because she cannot drive. It was pointed out by Mark Perry that the Audi Q7 number plate looks dodgy and when checking it was found to be illegal:- vehicleenquiry...

You are right i just did a check and got this result:- vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/vehicle-enquiry/save?locale=en

If it's a C registration I think it was issued 1986, and should end with three letters, but it has only two.

The O has been moved. Its C3 OWF. And its tinted.
