If BPA is so proud, why did they dump old treated power poles over a salmonid stream near me 😢😢 And none of their staff will address it!!!

You would think with all the good Bonneville does on the Columbia that they could build a new bridge from Portland to Vancouver but I guess the money just isn't there so we have a 30 trillion debt. Does Bonneville really give back to the people? I really do not see the benefit of eight hydro dams.
