what would or should one do if the neighboring property is where the problem is coming from ,and they just don't want to know or are in denial .

Hi Tom, if you have hired a pest professional and they've confirmed that a pest problem is originating from a neighbouring property, then get in touch with your local authority's environmental health department and they can advise on next steps.

How do i report a company because they didnt do a survery report for me properly , the guy just put a bate box and fucked off after 10 minutes
