Heyya @Uzma so.. emotions can be observed via Behaviour , discussions , interactions and such one to one encounters on a basic yet crucial level .. if we want to go to bit scientific space than one's emotions can be measured via psychological tests for emotional intelligence , emotional stability , and in specific there are certain standard tests for it in our psychological field of study. this was good doubt though ..
