Love ya Missa. Did you see Elaina's Review on The Vivienne Pallette. I know Theresa is to happy with B Perfect but yeah Elaina explains the colour story bit better. She pointed out that the similar colours are cool toned and warm toned. Hence why they look very similar. Love ya. I can't wait to pick this pallete now. xoxo. Missa- always the voice of reason and creator of beautiful looks. This is the second BPerfect collab with a UK Drag Queen (they did a small collection with Blu Hydrangea earlier this year). I love a brand that supports the Queens. I'm not going to punish the Queens because of a business choice the brand makes. But, I'm of the mind that not all people are all bad or all good. We are all like diamonds - multi faceted and rare!

The look is fabulous! The palette seems wonderful. The thing with J* is that the products are so good and the quality amazing so one has to balance that with him not being so good - I think buying 2nd hand is one answer there. As for the bad experience T had - has it ever happened that a PR palette has been made extra good and the other ones not? I genuinely don't know the answer to that question (a bit Conspirasphere but who knows?) Anyway I nearly cried at the beauty of that purple - might try to pick up a cast off just for that shade alone!!

Good for you standing up against someone who has no ethics & has sold their soul for fame & money. But, he’s having a reckoning. I warned him years back, when he first started his brand. I warned him what was coming (I saw it; “gifted) and I tried warning him many times. When I saw what he was doing, what he’d done & where he was headed, it the humanity and empathy, I can’t help but try to reach that person. Sadly, he had his choices and now he’ll have to live with them. I don’t expect you’ll see his brand around for much longer... But, I just wanted to say that I’m proud of you for speaking up; as this is the biggest problem we’ve faced, and still do, in the beauty industry - accepting when people do things that are corrupt, against humanity, against God, against one another. These people need to be held accountable...not paid more money and given more success. After all, what does that teach? So, good for you, sweetie! Loving a cloud moment. I don’t mind the look of the palette but it does seem like there is a lot of the same type of colours in it or should I say similar colours. Also, I don’t like the fact that Vivienne and her husband were horrible to Teresa because she didn’t like it. Love your eye look as usual though. Love ya 💖💖💖

I'm so glad to see you, Melissa, I hope you are okay and that everything is good, I missed you! AS FOR boring brown shades. I went out today with a blue and red and yellow combo on my eyes (nothing too crazy, I'm bad at this and way too old) and people around me were so refreshingly shocked. :) Red mask and those eyes. Missa your look is so creative and stunning as always, and what's more I felt it was a very fair review considering what has been going on in your circle with this particular palette. I think it shows your maturity and professionalism that you can do that (i used to worry that I sounded condescending saying someone showed maturity but I'm 42 now and so old that I get away with it too easily haha 😂😂😭😭). Regarding the "issues" there are two separate ones, bperfect selling js is one but the vivienne being extremely rude on a reviewers video is another. If I'm honest I think Theresa went a bit heavy on the js issue during her review and it wasn't needed but she also wasn't remotely rude to the vivienne apart from not liking the palette and everyone is allowed their own opinion. I agree that bperfect selling js is no different than any other brand selling it. Live and let live I think. Buy from bperfect what you like and just don't buy js...its simple. Otherwise you run the risk of being just as petty and nasty as the man himself. The bperfect brand supports alot of other folk by doing collabs and deserve as much credit and support for that as they deserve stick for this. It balances in the wash maybe?? The js issue wouldn't stop me buying this palette. The vivienne and their rudeness would 🤷‍♀️... Apologies for long reply x

I know other places sell J*, but as far as I can tell those contracts pre-existed the general knowledge of his racism. B Perfect posted a black square on their insta in June 2020, and said “we hear you, we stand with you, we support you” but a year later are willing to start a new business relationship with a known rascist. So were they lying? Do black lives NOT matter to them after all? Was that black square a cynical marketing ploy? Because it sure looks that way to me.

I would love to see you do more.."artsy" looks like this. With clouds or flowers or butterflies or whatever. I just love it! As far as the palette goes, you do wonders with anything you use and those greens are beautiful, but alas it isn't for me. As far as BPerfect...idk I understand from the perspective that business is business. IF we really looked in on every place we buy from, we would definitely find some very shady and terrible people in the background which would make it where would we have to stop shipping anywhere so I find it somewhat hard to fault them. However after the other issue that T had, maybe they just don't care to have obviously not very nice people work with them. I fully respect and back up whatever decision you personally make though because I love you 💜

Hello Missa! Thank you for swatches: for me this is a great thing to choose or not a product. In this palette I see too much similar colors. Love the colors but eyeshadow are stunning, chalky, dusty and it will be so bad and all is dirty.

How FUN is this look, I love it- soo talented! 💜 I completely empathize with your conflicting thoughts, I have been wanting the Love Tahiti palette for a while now and have been waiting for a sale so I can get a little discount. With that being said, I’m so disappointed in the brand and the choice of adding the Voldemort products to the store. Clearly money > morals to Bperfect. Unfortunately this decision reflects to me that inclusivity only matters to them when it’s trendy or when they stand to gain financial benefit, which is so disappointing. The difference to me in regards to purchasing from Beauty Bay is that from my knowledge/understanding is that they carried his products prior to discovering his racism (if I am wrong please let me know) and because of this I believe contracts are probably at play there. That’s where I think I draw the line is that they chose to represent/include him AFTER all the racist allegations have come to light. But I get it and understand that my opinions are just that mine and people are free to disagree and/or do as they please. Also after seeing the vivienne’s behavior towards Teresa…I think we may be discovering a connection between the 3- that Voldemort, Bperfect, and the Vivienne they are cut from the same cloth. And that is just upsetting. Regardless I would love to hear your insights and am always excited to watch your videos! Thank you for being kind and considerate. Love love love that eye look, missing cats though 😹 I try and shop based on my ideals but realistically it’s really difficult. I think if you don’t buy Jeffery Star products even if they stock them it will be enough, he still won’t get any money from you and you still get products you do like. As you said Beauty Bay stock him but we all buy off them and if you don’t want to support him then you don’t buy his stuff. There’s so much make up out there that I don’t use a lot of brands, not cause they’ve done anything bad just that I’m on a limited budget so can’t afford to experiment that much so I use the stuff I’ve found and like and I’ve still got tonnes of makeup.

No matter how disappointing a palette really is, your talent always manages to make it look high quality and worth huge $$$. If we remove all the duplicate shades, is what's left worth the purchase price? Or could someone duplicate the look for less money and with possibly better shadows? That's how I decide if I'll buy something now. If one Colourpop and two Juvias Place palettes (or one BH or Revolution Pro palette) can come up with the same number of wearable looks and have a better formula, that's who'll get my money. The Cryptkeeper has to sell his shit via a larger retail store since all the big mainstream companies already dropped his racist ass. He can't do the distribution thing on his own.

I get Theresa's point but I like pinks.. so kind of didn't mind having so many in carnival quality, I will say though that the colour "Power" is 100000x better than "Amethyst" in the love Tahiti palette, the bright green "waste" is what "Key Lime" should have been (it's far superior) that's my 2 cents anyway.. I think its a great companion palette to any of the carnivals ❤️
