12:22 - Exclusive gateways can only direct the flow down ONE of the pathways. From the OMG BPMN2.0 document 10.5.2: "For a given instance of the Process, only one of the paths can be taken." Inclusive gateways consider all the branching pathways and can follow multiple.

Script tasks are supposed to be used in executable models. For actual non-executable applications, the fact that something is called "script task" does not mean that it represents an application running some kind of code as part of the process in my book. I believe what you should be using around the 1:00:00 mark to represent an application generating vendor contract is either a user or a service task instead.
