Normalization तब होता जब Appplicant की संख्या 8-10 लाख होती, मगर कुल applicant की संख्या इस बार 4 लाख 80 हजार ही है! जबकि BPSC इससे पहले 6-7 लाख छात्रों की एक दिन में परीक्षा ले चुकी है। असल बात यह है कि इस बार ये लोग इस बार SDM के 200 तथा Dysp के 136 post है और सारा खेल इन्ही पदों की खरीद बिक्री को छुपाने के लिए किया जा रहा है!
