Nope. Uilleann pipes have two octaves, D-tuned drones, and are wildly different in their sound. @@movingon4now

The first is a Swedish song called Polska fran Hälleforsnäs, the second I don't remember...

The second is a Bulgarian folk tune from the rhodopean mountains played on the kaba gajda. Not sure of the name though.
