Another Norwegian company have taken up production again in 2020. A model upgraded to today's standard, with a new name but the same principle. Hey thats kinda wrong Germany was the biggest buyer of brøyt faceshovels infact almost 200 went down there

Ive watched a bunch of these Broyt's, an interesting design. I think when the boom pushes the bucket into the material, there is not enough stroke, the bucket never gets filled and can't "heap" it. What looks like for this job, I think an excavator would be better to be up top of the mound and load down to the tipper. The Broyt can't clean the cobble and rip-rap off the road base its working on.

While I completely agree with you it seems to me like they really shine in rocky conditions being able to really shove into the face

You guys both are completly wrong it's all about the operator whit the power of the Innerbom the brøyt gets a really powefull breakout force but if the operator dosent know how to use that power he wont get full buckets it's all about standing close egnufh too the mass and how u angel the bucket when u re filling it take a look at the X42 video i have on my channel where Harald Særheim operates he worked for the Brøyt factory and was a test operator he knows how to do it👌

I suppose the market for this type of machine was not very big, because I havent seen one operable one since like 25 years
