“Perfectly” lined up w patella is a really vague term. You only show one side, there’s no viewing of what might be too deep or too shallow from another perspective ( the patient cannot see the view you show). Your pamphlet says to line up mid hinge slightly above mid patella. Which again is vague what is slightly? It would be helpful to show correct vs incorrect placement
