I've been having so many synchronicities as of late. It makes me feel like great change is coming not only to my life but the planet. I have so many thoughts already, only part way into the video. Firstly, I love the guest's, just absolute body shaking laughter. I think that is great. Also, when she was talking about the spiritual civilizations of Lemuria and Atlantis starting to lose that spirituality and particularly with the Lemurians becoming traumatized by the atlantean invasion, it makes me think of indigenous peoples who were deeply rooted to the Earth and spirituality being disrupted and traumatized by colonialists.

Glad to see that you are doing great, Alex. These sessions are positively enlightening. They give me hope instead of believing in the narrative. They help me dive into who i really am and how can I improve the collective instead of thinking how I can improve myself. These sessions are really helpful to me as I have acute Anxiety disorder. And, what I take in has to be monitored very closely as what goes in comes out. So, if I input the narrative daily, then it takes away from me.
