This actually happened to me a few nights ago. It popped of when I was eating pizza. I went into the bathroom and I used my finger to push it back into place.

Y’all must have batter dentists than me. Day 3 every time all 4 back wires pop out and stab me until I get my next appointment after 6 weeks. Right now so far one on the top right has shifted and it’s sticking out and if it goes any further at all it’ll pop out on the left side, then after that give it a week or two and then my bottom row will do the same exact thing

I had sleep apnea braces that i just ended up giving up on since they pulled on my teeth so hard that i woke up with horrible cramps in my jaw for a month straight. The dentist made multiple corrections to it but to no success. What would you recommend i do next?

Oof remember having braces years ago! One particular time a wire had come out and bent, the putty did help a little bit the edge scarred the inside of my right cheek. Wish I'd have been told about the nail clippers !

This has happened to me so many times and every time I’ve been able to get it back in easily and I’m talking like the middle of lunch at school with no mirror or phone camera or anything

I highly doubt I should have done this but when my wire came out I removed the rubber band of the bracket right before the last one. Removing it gave me a lot more wire to work with and my wire was easier to move around so I got it back in place then but the band back on with a pair of tweezers. P.S only do it if you are really desperate to get it back in place

My issue is that my wires kept shifting to the side so on one side the wire was poking my gums and on the other it wasn’t even connected to the back bracket anymore and actually started to poke sideways because of my tongue and I got poking on my side gums too. The orthodontist was booked so I had to wait a couple of days to find my mom cancelled it because she would have to pick me up 2 hours earlier than the appointment to get in the carpool line at school so then I had to wait a couple of weeks until I FINALLY GOT THEM FIXED. The wire had shifted 3 times now but I’m just happy it’s staying where it is for now and not shifting.

What no one tells you is that not all wires will cut with clippers and that you can't put wax on back teeth and get it to stay there without becoming a choke hazard

I use a cut end of a qtip and place the wire on top of the bracket and sliding it down the hole with the qtip

There are no videos of how to pop it back into the front brackets. They’re different than the molar brackets. It looks like I need to open the bracket but idk how. I remember the assistant was talking to another assistant about how to open it.

My sister was in there messing with her cheek. She said that her cheek got stuck in one of her brackets. She tried to get it unstuck, but no luck. We waited for our dad to get home and he couldn't get it out. A little bit later, my sister got her cheek unstuck and she seemed fine.
