Good evening sir ,i have done MBBS from MS RAMAIAH MEDICAL COLLEGE sir around 2 years back my mother(60yrs) met a right UL electrocution (~1sec duration) following which she was not able to lift her right hand, NCT showed AXILLARY NERVE NEURAPRAXIA , PHYSIOTHERAPY (~3months ),other medications have been tried but there has been no improvement rather her hand condition is deteriorating further ,she can lift her hand till chest height, hand muscles are working well . Last year she had UTI F/B SEPSIS & Incidentally she was found to have DCMP WITH LV EJECTION FRACTION OF 20% & has been advised for pacemaker implantation. sir please suggest what should i do for her hand as her hand is getting worst day by day
