Would the Blossom build aka green build be better in a m+ pug with a caster comp that are all spread out at all times?

Not at all. To get value out of blossoms you need to hit atleast 5 people for every cast and on a ranged group that is just impossible. Even on a full melee group its not always feasible which is why blossoms just doesn't work on keys where there are real healing requeriments
