Why I asked these questions is because if at the end of my suggestions, and it is NOT fix, you will have to take it to Oraimo Carl care centre at Ikeja for replacement. You still have the warranty on it.

Except the receipt as you know it’s a gift The problem is the left ear that doesn’t come on with the right ear pod firstly it was working perfectly for 2days until yesterday when I laid the complain. That right there is the problem
