Derrick Coleman had star potential when he was on the Nets, it's a shame inconsistency and injuries plagued him after starting off so well.
@PIP...33 Жыл бұрын
HE DID NOT PRACTISE. HE WAS FIRST PF WHO SHOOT 3'S POST UP LIKE MALONE AND HANDLE BALL. HE IS ALSO FAMOUS ONLY PLYER WHO POSTERIZED SHAQ IN FACE.

that drazen spin at the beginning was dope. reggie miller will say that he was impossible to guard (for a couple of reasons lols).

HE IS GOAT IN EUROPE AND MY YUGOSLAVIA. I THINK ONLY GALLIS NICK (HE IS NOT HUMAN THO) AND MAYBE SABAS PRE INJURIES IS BETTER IN HISTORY. GALLIS HAS NO MATCH LIKE SABAS USED TO SAY WE PUT ENTIRE TEAM ON HIM IF NICOS WANT TO SCORE HE WILL SCORE OVER 5 PPL.
@Celtics6-0vsMonkeyJordan Жыл бұрын
@@PIP...33 Because Galis had that robot chassie body. Unhuman stamina durability and he seek contact collide bump into defender every time. What gives him advantage due to lower body strength so taller players cant really challenge him when he smash and jump into them like cannon ball. He played almost 30 years closest guy to him is Robert Parish with 22 seasons.

@Celtics6-0vsMonkeyJordan Жыл бұрын
@blobcity because he have fastest trigger and his incredible triple pump fake (rare seen it was signature of quickest center ever Willis Reed). That pump fake was lethal vs any defender whos taller or more athletic. Drazen also can pla PG because he mimic Pistol Pete in some of pass.

Drazen probably could have played 20 years with his size and the way he shoots.. he could have played till at least 2004-2005

I Don know, at 15 he was a pro in Yugoslavia and he won the championship with the small team of his hometown being the star at 16 years old..

The great "coulda been" story in basketball history. At the time of his death, though, Drazen had obviously moved back to Europe and was looking at staying there. He likely would've moved back to the NBA but it's impossible to know whether or not he would've ever found a fair chance in a good team with the right system and enough minutes. He very well could have been a glorified role player off the bench, coming in and out of lineups. I'm not one of those who thinks Drazen would've necessarily absolutely lit up the league. The more likely reality is a career closer to Toni Kukoc, a solid but unspectacular career that still would've opened up more doors to the game.

02:05 This is not a travel anymore lol..... that "first step" after the dribble now counts toward the dribble in today's NBA.
@dthreezy9 ай бұрын
It shouldn’t have been a travel then either, last time I checked you always had 2 steps after picking up the ball…. He literally only took 2 steps towards the basket

I didn't know mookie blaylock played for the nets before he joined the hawks nets traded away alot of good players then
@Gianluca-xn7ri10 ай бұрын
Yeah, dumb move trading mookie, because they drafted Kenny Anderson with n. 2 pick that year, but rumeal Robinson in return was a dumb move!
