Moby will be remembered for his album "play". The best selling electronica album of all time. His idea of using samples from the earliest recordings and fusing them with chill downtempo electronica is pure genius.

An incredible album. I remember in the UK it was lurking in the charts for AGES, and then out of nowhere just climbed up to #1 and stayed there are a good few weeks. If ever there was a 'word of mouth' effect
