You should ask God for everything. EVERYTHING. No matter how you feel about it, if you feel ashamed or think He won't intervene. You give Him first dibs to change the situation. All it takes is asking. “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” _ Matthew 17:20-21. “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?” _ Jeremiah 32:27 “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” _ John 14:13-17 “‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” _ Mark 9:23

@BradBrowning2 жыл бұрын
Yes, acceptance is key and that may take a while depending on the individual...which is why it's important to employ the no contact rule for at least 30 days because it largely helps with that process and make the "in-denial" period shorter at least.
@justinhaaff36186 жыл бұрын
If they leave you let them contact you. Your the prize not them. If you contact them it shows that you still want them. Stay the course of no contact it's a 💯 success rate. Either they contact you or you feel better and move on.
@BradBrowning6 жыл бұрын
I'm not a fan of being passive. Why wait for her/him to run back to you? :-) I never said the "no contact" rule is supposed to go for weeks or months on end. I only said it's for 30 days in about 80% of my videos. Anyway getting an ex back, just like anything that's worth having, takes work, so make sure he's/she's worth it. Anyway the "no contact" rule is just the first phase. There are two more phases to getting an ex back, and the third is to rekindle/rebuild the attraction with an ex. Learn the basics here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and to initiate communicate, this is the vid: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q3_CiXSdfc-UfK8
@justinhaaff36186 жыл бұрын
It's not passive in no way it's showing that you have higher value. If you reach out to them it shows they can have you back at anytime they want without any consequences and it's shows a lower value of your self. You the prize not them if they don't and can't see that then it's there lose trade up not down. Have more respect for yourself and show that your not a revolving door.Thats why you stay no contact until they decide to reach out to you they choose to leave let them work to get you back ppl value things they have to work for more than just giving it to them.

No joke this works I was tying to hard to get my ex back eventually I gave up a year or two went by and he’s saying he’s still in love with me and trying to get us back together. Watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHyWqaicetx4fMk The main goal is to bring your ex into an emotional neutral state by employing the 30-day “no contact” rule -- let your ex miss you and don't rush it. Tip to y'all - keep the power for as long as you can in a relationship. Keep him on his toes, make sure you are the one calling the shots and he is the one trying to get in contact with you and hang out with you. If you start doing NC you start to gain that power, but when you start talking again KEEP the power, don't let him walk all over you! Thanks again Brad

I am in the very beginning of no contact and I can admit it is a struggle because I truly miss my best friend. But I also know it needed to be done and that I can not control or change anything, nor would I want to. I work everyday living in a greater version of myself because at the end of everyday I am my greatest strength and my longest commitment. It does not mean that my heart does not feel but that it knows it's own worth and sets it free. It would be wrong to hope or not hope for it to return, regardless of those emotions in time, self love and silence the understanding will supersede the feelings. 30 days feels like an eternity, but a life time of loving myself first is worth the journey to knowing at the end.

Here's this to consider: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpOngaRoaL6UhKc so be sure to take the free quiz at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz However, that kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. Watch this: y2u.be/siApAVtx8zE This is why I tell people to cut off contact for at least a month first and NOT deal with this ex. You both need to clear your minds first, all right? A breakup hurts both people in it regardless of who has done the breaking up. This is something I've discussed here, so watch it to learn a few tips to help you on how to go about it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5ytYqyYqqt8fqc

To be honest, following Brad’s advice definitely works. I remember four years ago i was on a chase to get my ex back using whatever I could, studying yt videos, i even bought Brads paid book. I did get my ex back but only to let it fall apart, but handled it like a champ. It’s more then just learning how to get your ex back, you learn how to be independent, how to address situations and just be happy alone. There’s way more fish out there and the person is your ex for a reason; things weren’t meant to be. Follow Brad’s videos (or book) intently and you will see major results in your life as a whole. Hopefully this helps anyone

Thank you for the testimony, man. And yes, seems like you mastered the way of life and I'm happy for you! :-) Being happy alone is very important in order to get your ex back so you won't come from a place of neediness and will therefore automatically just mess up things. And yes, sometimes, reunited couples get back together for good, but a few don't. Good luck on your future endeavour!

I’ve dated narcissists before, but just recently dated one with high functioning borderline personality disorder. Made the narcissists seem like a walk in the park. BPD people will send you through the extremes of a relationship from the height of joy to soul tearing anguish and then quickly move on to do it again to someone else. They first idealize then devalue you and make you question everything about yourself. I’m pretty tough and resilient but they’re masters at tearing someone down. They will mess you up for a while so if you have gone through one of these, know it will slowly get better. Don’t try to get them back, they won’t take you and you shouldn’t want them back. Some people have unfixable flaws and it’s not your job to fix them, if you try they will hurt you harder.

If your ex has a mental disorder like depression, bipolar disorder or the like, the most loving thing you can do is to give each other space while he/she gets help. Encourage your ex to seek treatment because clinical depression is something only a therapist specializing on this can handle, even this is outside of my scope. But I can help you how to handle things on YOUR end as you go through this difficult ordeal. I know it can be incredibly tough knowing you’ve given it your best shot, yet your partner still fails to appreciate it or is breaking up despite it being a good relationship. Anyway it's a bad idea to be friends with an ex. Consider signing up for my coaching program so I can help assess your situation clearly, look at all the other factors at play and see things you might have missed, then guide you accordingly on a regular, ongoing basis at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

I appreciate this video a lot! This is hands-down the best strategy possible and I would never recommend anything else to anyone. The only aspect I'd disagree with is the 30 day period. This is ridiculously short. I seriously doubt anyone can get over their ex within a month. Plus, I personally find this whole "Look at the brand new me!" very unbelievable after only 30 days. It takes time to change and heal and become this new best version of yourself. After 30 days there is no way you'll already have that toned body from the gym, no way you have already enjoyed life, dated other people, started new hobbies etc. No way. It's just 4 weeks. Yes, you might have started implementing these changes but I'd say give yourself somewhere between 6 months and a year for this to be realistic.
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
Hey thanks! The goal of 30 days is to not get over someone but to allow adequate space and time for both of you to calm down and ponder on some things you both should be pondering about. Consequently, the progress you make throughout the process, if you do it right, should also coincide with the growth of becoming a better version of you. But the 30-day rule is just the first path because it all starts with acceptance and dedication to growth. More about that topic here: www.breakupbrad.com

She can't understand my feeling.May be she can't feel what I feel for her. She just take me as a simple boy or as a normal friend. She was my one class senior in my school.and people used to make fun on me that I love someone who is one yr senior of me.But I believe,'when love happens,it just happens, it has no condition,no certain time or age, it just happens'. And still today I love her and I will love her forever. She knows I love her a lot.I can say her that I like u,I want to don't know why can't I directly say I love you in front of her. And still I'm thinking that may be one day a miracle will happen and she will be my. We plan for our life. but unfortunately most of the time God has different plan.

It's good to have unconditional love for someone. The downside to that is if you don't give unconditional love back and she's obviously chosen or is already with someone else to begin with. If it's one-sided, stuff could become toxic for you real fast and I know you don't deserve that. I suggest you make efforts to get over her in order to free up space in your heart to potentially love someone else and have a healthy relationship with. That girl is not it.

Self love is key, indeed! Regarding the "reason" though, sometimes the reason is you're both too lazy to work on it and just expect things to miraculously fix things for you. It's that or one or both people don't take accountability for their actions. There will always be issues in a relationship as there is never a perfect relationship, but there is a healthy one! But like I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you since you know your relationship and your ex better than anyone else on here. And alas, not every ex is worth all the trouble. It's up to you to decide who is worth fighting for at one of the toughest of battles you face in your relationship. Best of luck!

Awesome! My other videos should help out a bit, too but if you still need my help further on this, however, then you and I both ought to take a look at a lot of various factors at play, so sign up for my coaching program so I can help take a look at all the various factors at play including your overall relationship history, issue/s, among many other elements, and to find out what’s really going on, monitor your situation, and guide you accordingly on a regular, ongoing basis. Please check on availability first because I only have a limited number of clients I can realistically manage before I go into spontaneous combustion. :-) Here’s the link: www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

I started tahe NC rule today hope this will work. My ex has a really high pride. We played games online last night and that was the last conversation i think. I was so light and kind. I'm still in love with him and I've been so over dramatic last week wanting him back. But now I'm gonna try to do what you said. Hope everything's gonna be okay. I'll update you after 30 days haha

Here's how you can tell it's starting to work: kzbin.info/www/bejne/apjUoGeIn9aIptE Anyway here's a quick overview to help guide you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpi1YWaImLpro9k Lots of folks seem to be oblivious about it, so here goes: the 30-day "no contact" rule, once COMPLETED, is just the first phase for most people (unless your ex sincerely wanted you back and it's shown in their actions). This would also help guide you on what to do after the "no contact" rule: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHLLfqWjrJiGo9U Anyway there are two more phases to go through if you want an ex back, and the third is to rekindle/rebuild the attraction with an ex. what if Im blocked how can i contact my ex?I've been on no Contact for more than 30days she contacted me today because she knew that my mother is in a hospital now she just check her condition and afterwards our conversation is over
@BradBrowning2 жыл бұрын
Here's to wishing for your mother's full recovery! As to your ex, try not to worry too much. Unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4a3amV_d5qondU Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : kzbin.info/www/bejne/emKqoYVrgqajh80 Good luck!

Thank you Brad! A big thank you! It’s very relaxing to know it’s not all over and we can come across sometime in the future. You really gave me hopes and guidance how to keep myself in balance during no contact period. I can honestly say this video brought up a huge amount of motivation to my life where I couldn’t see purpose of my existence. Awesome! Big thumbs up and subscribed. Looking forward to more of those .
@BradBrowning5 жыл бұрын
Awesome! Just remember this most important thing that people fail to recognize or simply ignore: I'd still suggest to give the "no contact" rule a shot because that's still really your best bet and yes, it will work in a sense where you BOTH will get to clear your mind to be in a better position to deal with each other when the time comes - instead of letting emotions overrule everything, risking things to get blown out of proportion even further. Makes sense? But will no contact ALONE work to get your ex back? Sometimes it does, but other times (especially if your situation is unique) it won't, because the no contact phase is only part one of the three-step process I teach in my Ex Factor Guide. Learn the basics here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas I also made a quick vid to those who are seemingly lost and could use a reminder on what to do: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZOleqeqhriUoZY

What happens when children get involved, they want to contact their dad when you're healing
@BradBrowning6 ай бұрын
If you're hellbent on trying to work things out, let me just set expectations that it's a tough battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule instead of the full on silence associated with the no contact rule. Prepare for things to be tough but if you play your cards right and depending on the extent of damage done, it can actually still be salvaged. Try to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be by applying the tips here as much as possible, in addition to my newer vids I've posted: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYXNdnR9f7yHq6M AND kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnW9o6GEnZ1_hck or for a comprehensive guide on how to go about things, consider getting the 2.0 version of my Ex Factor Guide at www.breakupbrad.com
