With the nutrition I don't get it. She's on tube feeding isn't that a 2? Or because she tolerates it well it makes it a 3?

If you look at number 3 read the OR sentence after it. It says " is on tube feeding"

@roshni Kirpan I think u got 2 in nutrition right?if yes ,plz see the nutrition column in braden scale it shows that in "adequate " tube feeding or TPN regimen which "probably meets most of nutritional needs. "This is the same says in the given scenario (nutrional needs meeting well )but in the" probably inadequate "it says ( occasionally will take dietary supplement or receives less than optimum amount of liquid diet òr tube feeding)so that given scenario will "not match with probably inadequate "so finally the score will be 3 for Nutrition. Hence if we sum up we will get our score as 10.
