I lived in Knaresborough for 5 years and it is hands down one of the best places I have lived. Use to walk by the castle evening time after work. There is mother shipton cave right opposite the castle that is worth visiting. Theres a famous tea room in Harrogate as well called Bettys thats worth a visit too.
