Very nice to see Bradie back on the ice and in competition! Like this SP music choice for her, it suits her skating style. Choreography is okay. I really liked the first half of the program - it looked really mature and polished. As soon as the fast part started with the step sequence, it started to look juniorish because she wasn't performing up to the music, and the choreography looked simple (can't help but compare to Jason Brown).

US ladies are killing it so far this season. Hope they continue this during the GP season but Nationals could be crazy for the podium. Amber, isabeau, Sarah, Elyce and Bradie and we haven't seen Alysa or Lindsay yet. Ava really had bad luck being injured in a pre Olympic year with all these US ladies skating this well she needed to back up winning NHK last year with a strong GP season now who knows if she will be at Nationals.

It’s the music From Lord Of the Dance but although her costume is on point and her skating great as that is a very fast piece of music but the choreo was bad. She did try though. The show is very popular and has been to 80countries and seen by 60 million so it’s very popular show and the biggest dance show in the world.

I was coming here to say the same thing. If you are going to skate to such a hugely popular piece of music from a show that’s been seen by millions of people, you have to match the energy and really bring it. This was not a good song choice for her. If she wanted to stick to this show, there are slower, dramatic songs from that show she could have chosen that I feel would have fit her style much better. Sorry but it’s a miss for me.

I actually like everything up until 2:13. Then it turns pretty awkward and cliche quickly. I think she her grit matches more with the drama of the more cinematic music in the beginning rather than that fake, happy Reel Around A Farmer's Market crap.

This is a great program and it's really fun, but it doesn't have the fire in it that Jason Brown had when he skated to it. It's like when other skaters skate to Bolero, they just can't quite match the heat of Torvil and Dean.

It's hard to do Lord of the Dance when you can't exactly keep up with the music. That's probably why we haven't seen it more often. I feel like unless you can pull off a trained, full Irish step dance at professional speed, this is not the music for you. The music invites and demands speed, which she really did not demonstrate at all. The step sequence was only a Level 2 here and I'm not sure that adding more content is going to help it. Adding TWO levels of content may just make it slower unless she's fully committing and prepared to blow us away with footwork. Her programs have just been too self indulgent at times with little regard for how they'll be reviewed... if we can recall her whole Greta Thunberg program that was about 5 years too late and laughable at best. This wasn't "as bad", but it tends to make you wrinkle your nose at the inability to sell the program the way the music needs. Always ALWAYS have loved her back sit position, though, with the leg variation.
