Brad and Emmanuel take their fresh catch of Blackfin Tuna and Blackfin Snapper straight to the grill after some off-shore Miami sea-doo fishing adventures! Brad scales and cleans the fish, before he makes a homemade crispy salad (bok choy, smashed persian cucumbers, raddichio, sweet peppadews, tomatoes, Thai basil, garlic, mangoooo, and mint!) and vinaigrette salad dressing for a fun, learning experience for these two fast friends. I love how honest Emmanuel is about his experience with food and being so open to Brad's energy. It's one of the best bromances of this series I've seen because it's clear the Emmanuel is the hunter and Brad is the gatherer and it's a great balance. I can sense that Emmanuel is all about spice and if you don't make it tasty enough (esp with veg), he's probably not going to like it. I'm the same way. I like my veg only when it's properly spiced.
