You are absolutely right it is an IFV and by comparison, I only could name 2 APC's like it first one is only an infantry carrier Rakhsh (Still an APC but no weapons and in the thumbnail), and the other is the "Boragh" (Another APC) but this one with some fighting capacity 30 mm cannon, sorry if I made it ambiguous as I misspoke I just meant these are the closest counterparts I have seen.
