After a few minutes of watching this, I grew a huge grin and started to laugh myself and I couldn't figure out why, because they're not actually saying anything funny as in telling jokes, but it's just something funny in the air. Camera operators are never working with their arms crossed, camera on a tripod/pedestal or not :P. If any, some might be trying to contain their laughter themselves (I know a camera operator who once came in at work and immediately said to me "Remember, if you have a female reporter with you interviewing a female spokesperson and they get the giggles, you will inevitably start to laugh to, no matter how hard you try." Some might be annoyed because it's taking so long (I think there are like 3-4 camera's on a show like this) and others might be simply having a good time because instead of a reasonably static shot on a show like this the person they need to keep in shot is being unpredictable.
