Lady Gaga is phenomenal, I mean phenomenal, difficult to believe she's not been acting her entire life. She should win an award for this film. I just came back from the movie as it just released in Australia this week! I was sceptical reading some biased reviews: saying second half of the movie was bad because of ....whatever. Don’t believe them. This is the best love story movie of this generation. Even if you were not Lady Gaga’s fan or her music. I promise you you will fall for them. I ship them for sure. Bradley deserves the BEST ACTOR OSCAR for his brilliant, raw, heartbreaking portrayal of a man wrestling with his demons, instead of rewarding performanes that only impersonate real persons, shrouded under prosthetics, making the special effects deliver half of the performance instead of having it all come from the actor, as Bradley displayed to perfection in his performance, Campaign for him and the film wherever you think an Academy Member will stumble upon your suggestion and let them know that out of the entire list of films nominated, this is the only one that viewers will still be attached to and want to see 10 years from now. Yes he absolutely deserves the BEST ACTOR OSCAR for his brilliant, raw, heartbreaking performance that just tugs at your heart and lingers with you long after youve left the theater., but the Academy doesn’t seem to want to reward him. He received a nomination for best Director from the much more critical Director’s Guild, but yet didn’t get an Oscar nomination for Directing,. For once they should give best actor to the one who deserves it instead of giving it to someone doing and impersonation or real persons, only made believable with prosthetics and CGI. If you or anyone else agrees, then campaign for Mr,. Cooper for ACTOR and BEST PICTURE wherever there is A Star is Born chatter and hopefully Academy Members will see the comments and recognize the loyal following this film has, read the reasons why, and wake up and vote, 2 weeks left!

And Clint was supposed to direct this. But Bradley kept pushing and doin it with love to make it happen on his own and made it, directed and started just as a fuck you to Hollywood. Guaranteed they gave him pressure. First movie directed as a leading man is hard enough without holding your own singing and he killed it and and he gave them all a double birdie with extra credits. If someone says you can't just get up dress up and show up. He's my hero. Hard work and passion
