Bro, Brads big... 260lbs is a lot of fking weight. On top of that he works out and hits some pretty heavy lifts. A light punch by brad is probably equal to a 155lbs going mid-high power. I don't think Brad realizes how big of a guy he is so he treats everyone like they're the same size as him. He's just a big ass guy with kid mentality who still doesn't understand the strength he carries in 1 punch. Take the Sneako punch for example. when brad hit him, sneako dropped, when Sean Strickland threw a barrage of punches at him, Sneako didn't even drop or even look dazed. You can't take clean shots from someone who works out lol even if they are kind of light. They dont have a huge gas tank but if you let them land one you'll most likely gonna drop like a sack of potatoes.

@@RurouniKenshinShinta I think you would be surprised though how much more important training to throw punches is for your punching power than size and strength training. Brad is sort of muscle bound and doesn’t really do anything for those fast twitch muscles. I don’t think he hits the bag. He’s training for size and strength related to weight lifting. If he got you in a headlock and squeezed he could crush you but I don’t think he’s got that hard of a punch. It would be slow.
