unfortunately they are accomplices of planned obsolescence. Expect to have to change your tablet when Apple decides, because Iréal Pro will no longer be installable :(! However, they use sound and basic functions...don't be fooled: it's the application that chooses how many old systems are acceptable, according to "Apple's recommendations"!

Agree that forced upgrades can be frustrating. I find it helpful sometimes to go back to earlier versions. For example, the older version of iRealPro running on my oldest iPad (1st generation) works fine even though it lacks the latest features.
